The XCESS website is operated by Hodfords Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong. Questions about the site or a course can be sent to hello@xcess.live.

Course descriptions are provided so you can understand the proposed programme. Dates, pricing, platform requirements, tutors and availability may be updated before enrolment opens. We will identify any material change before asking you to book or pay.

Using a “register your interest” email link does not create a booking, reserve a place or take payment. A place exists only after we send written confirmation under the enrolment terms supplied for that course.

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce and distribute the site or course materials without permission.

Intellectual property in this website, its course materials, imagery and films remains with Hodfords Limited and its licensors. Publication on this site does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reuse that material.

We aim to keep the information accurate and the website available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
